PRIVACY AND SECURITY STATEMENT
RE FormsNet appreciates your interest in its products. The protection of your privacy in our storage and processing of your personal data is an important concern of ours.

We want you to get the most out of our products and to trust that we make every effort to protect your confidentiality and the information you store here. Personal information is either requested or required at different points in our products or websites to complete your order properly, create your account and/or ensure that you qualify to use certain intellectual property (form libraries) that may be licensed to RE FormsNet. Depending upon the libraries to which you request access, your current Association membership or Broker affiliation may be verified by asking you to log into other websites.

SECURITY
For site security purposes and to ensure that our products remain available to all users, RE FormsNet servers employ industry-standard methods to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on RE FormsNet servers are strictly prohibited and may be punishable by law, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act of 1996.

RE FormsNet uses technical and organizational security measures in order to protect the data we have under our control against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorized persons.

COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
There are points at which RE FormsNet requests personal information from you to complete an order or subscription process. This information (such as your name, Broker affiliation, mailing address, email address, and phone numbers) is collected and stored in a secure manner. When you provide personally-identifying information, that information is only used to deliver the product service to you.

USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We store and use your personal information for three primary purposes:

• To make our products easier for you to use by not making you enter your personal information more than once.
• To help manage your subscription and provide technical administration and support for you.
• To add security to our products by printing your name, and your broker's name and address on your Transaction forms.

We occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including development, testing, hosting, and answering customer questions about products or services. We will provide to those companies only the information they need to deliver that support to us, and we prohibit them from using that information for any other purpose.

RE FormsNet will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on RE FormsNet, and (b) protect and defend the rights or property of RE FormsNet.

CONTROL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you subscribe or otherwise give us personal information, RE FormsNet does not share that information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions listed above.

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
RE FormsNet markets several products. With products that collect and use personal information, where appropriate, RE FormsNet provides a method that allows you to inspect whether your personal information is correct and current.

To reduce the possibility that some subscribers may attempt to share their access to and use of RE FormsNet products with non-subscribers, some of your information - once it is entered - may not be directly changeable by you.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
RE FormsNet strictly protects the security of your personal information and honors its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Other than as noted above, your personal information is not shared outside the company without your permission. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access.

You have a significant role in protecting your information, too. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your email address and password, so do not share your password with others. It is good practice for you to change your password regularly.
