As a ZipForm® Certified Trainer, we ask that you recognize your responsibility to represent ZipForm® and its products in the highest professional manner. We ask that you understand that all ZipForm® training students deserve ones absolute best efforts, as well as my utmost respect and courtesy. Please print this ( Pledge of Commitment ), sign it and send or fax it (586-790-7582) to ZipForm Training.
Please note if you are an Association of Brokerage staff who will only be training for your organization there is no need to sign Exhibit A. If you are a trainer who will be receiving compensation for training sessions scheduled by yourself or will possibly be doing training sessions scheduled by REFN, please sign ( Exhibit A )
