- zipFormMLS-Connect® allows agents to seamlessly import data from the agent's MLS listing and populate transaction forms into zipForm®, providing efficiency in the forms completion process.
- Broker Solutions - zipLogix offers brokers a total forms management solution to help with their risk mitigation strategy. The zipForm® 6 software provides special utilities for brokers that allow: seamless management of transactions, the ability to set up commonly used language (clauses) to be utilized by an entire brokerage, and the creation of templates (packages of forms) that brokers want their agents to use for transactions to ensure proper compliance, as well as the ability to generate reports at the agent, office and corporate levels.
