ZipForm®Mac-Connect
Macintosh® users are known for their extreme loyalty; ask a Mac® user why they like their machine so much and get ready to hear a lot of reasons. And now Mac users in the real estate industry have one more reason – a big one. In order to provide the benefits of electronic transaction solutions as far across the industry as possible, ZipForm has developed a way for Macintosh users to access the same powerful functionality of ZipForm®Online that their PC counterparts use.
How it Works
This new delivery method puts an end to the hassle and work interruption of switching between a Mac and the nearest available PC or using a clunky emulator to access ZipForm®Online. Mac-Connect gives Macintosh users the power to access ZipForm®Online from their preferred platform.
ZipForm®Mac-Connect allows Mac users, through their browser, to connect to a server running ZipForm®Online. After submitting the login information for their ZipForm®Online account, users will have access to ZipForm®Online's features right from their Mac, including printing and emailing.
Please note - Mac-Connect allows full functionality of all the features of ZipForm®Online with the exception at this time of, MLS-Connect and Electronic Signatures.
ZipForm®Online provides the flexibility real estate agents and brokers need by allowing them to securely access real estate forms and edit transactions via the Internet. The service simplifies the real estate contract process and decreases unnecessary paperwork by allowing data to be
shared and stored among all documents related to a single transaction. The result is a reduction in costs associated with the processing of paperwork and an increase in productivity
