ZipForm®MLS-Connect™ Allows ZipForm® Users to Import MLS Data
ZipForm®'s electronic forms software already saves users time and helps reduce data-entry errors. Data is entered just once but is able to be used multiple times in all documents associated with a transaction. Now, with ZipForm®MLS-Connect, users can also now import data that is stored in MLS databases.
ZipForm® is RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard) compliant and supports import of XML from other RETS compliant applications allowing ZipForm®MLS-Connect to receive data from MLS Systems.
ZipForm®MLS-Connect offers MLS providers a means of easily adding increased functionality to their service by giving users of ZipForm®, the industry’s leading electronic forms software, the ability to import data directly from an MLS database.
ZipForm®MLS-Connect is available to users from MLS systems that have partnered with ZipForm®. If your MLS is interested, ( please click here for more information ).
Please Note: MLS-Connect is for Residential Listings only. It does not support Commercial Listings.
Minimum System Requirements
- An active ZipFormOnline account with Form Viewer version 3.2.7 or higher
- Pentium III 500 MHz or equivalent (64 bit processors are currently not supported)
- 128 MB RAM available
- Microsoft Windows 2000/XP (Windows 2003 is currently not supported)
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
- Video card supporting at least 800 x 600 resolution and 256 colors
- A broadband connection such as Cable, DSL, T1 or ISDN is highly recommended
