RELAY Version 5.0 transaction management software adds brokerage tools, MLS import capabilities
Los Angeles - June 21, 2007 - RELAY, an Internet tool for real estate professionals to manage transactions and collaborate with clients and affiliates through a custom Web site, today announced the release of RELAY Version 5.0. The newest enhancements to RELAY add brokerage tools to the existing document, activity, and file management features which real estate professionals across the country are using to win today's buyers and sellers.

New features of RELAY Version 5.0 include:
Document Approval
Controlled approval tools allow brokers, managers, and leaders to quickly review and approve files securely from any Internet connection. Real estate professionals can identify at a glance which documents are ready for review, approved, or in need of changes.
Custom Reports
Downloadable reports track key transaction information, buyer and seller satisfaction, and other important statistics. Reports can be easily customized to fit business needs, downloaded to Excel, or exported to other programs.
Automatic Delegation
Agents can assign assistants and transaction coordinators to be automatically included in RELAY interactive transaction files, enabling support staff to work efficiently at the start of every transaction.
MLS Import
Users can create online files quickly with information imported directly from participating multiple listing services (MLS). Property pictures, addresses, and other key information can be added quickly and easily with a few clicks.
Office Integration
Real estate professionals can connect to the most popular software for office and financial management, and can seamlessly incorporate the risk management and sales benefits of online real estate into existing office operations.
Enhanced Workflow
Designed to help offices run more efficiently and further reduce risk, RELAY Version 5.0 enhancements include additional tracking features, streamlined CD-ROM generation, and address book integration.
